CSV/JSON must include: ID, RegID, FirstName, LastName, Gender, Country, CountryCode, Affiliation, AthleteYear, TeamID, TeamCode, Team, BIB, EventNumber, Round.
Used as the EventID for any new MeetEvents created from the EVT file.
Creates MeetEvents from header lines and athletes/entries from competitor lines.
