DA format: headerless CSV with columns DA Event ID, Level/Gender, Last Name, First Name, Team Name, SB, PB, rank, TFRRS link. ANet format: CSV with header row, columns EventID, Event, Description, Gender, AthleteID, First, Last, TeamID, Team, SB, PB, Rank. Matches by the Event name and Gender (M/F).
Relay rows leave Last/First blank — matched by Team Name only. Field marks may include or omit the m suffix.
